2、 Box structure:
1. The box is made of (t=1.2mm) A3 steel plate with spray coating treatment;
2. The studio uses imported (SUS) 304 stainless steel light plates;
3. Visual glass door, convenient for observing the condition of the tested sample inside the test chamber;
4. The bottom of the test chamber adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels;
5. There is a dust replacement device at the bottom of the test chamber;
6. The dust preheating system adopts a pipeline wrapped mica heating ring, which has stable safety heat and timed heating control;

1. The main controller uses PLC program to control the LCD screen, and displays the working time in full Chinese;
2. Equipped with vacuum actuators;
3. Schneider executes electronic components;
4. Chui dust and stop blowing time automatically alternate;
5. The vibration and stop vibration time automatically alternate;
6. Vacuum pressure indication and adjustable;
7. The programmable controller has four output points to simultaneously complete program execution at four different times;
8. Each output point of the programmable controller has two time periods for control (i.e. start time and stop time);
9. The programmable controller can individually or collectively control the time of the chui dust fan, dust vibration, and total test time;
